To the west of Hayle lies 3 miles of golden sands and, with a constant breeze off the Atlantic, the area is well-known for its surfing and wind sailing. It is a perfect spot for water sports of all abilities.
Hayle has a wide estuary, managed by the RSPB and the UK’s most south westerly, is an important stopping off point for migratory birds and the area in general offers some fantastic countryside walks.
We are close to many of Cornwall’s famous attractions including Paradise Park, Tate St Ives and the landmark attractions Land’s End and St Michael’s Mount. In addition the charismatic fishing village at Mousehole and historic town of Penzance which are well worth a visit. If you enjoy the theatre, the famous open-air Minack Theatre is a 25 minute drive.
